Every Arttel job moves through the same four stages, so you always know what is happening in your home and what comes next.
We walk the space with you, measure everything, and turn your ideas into a written scope with a clear price and schedule.
We protect the rest of your home, then take the space back to what's worth keeping and fix what's behind the walls.
Inspections pass, walls close, and the finish trades bring the design to life one layer at a time.
We walk the finished space together, close out every item on the punch list, and hand back a room ready to live in.
From a single bathroom to a full gut renovation, one team handles design coordination, permits, trades and finish work.
New layouts, custom and semi-custom cabinetry, stone counters, tile backsplashes, lighting and appliance installation.
Walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, waterproofed tile assemblies, vanities and ventilation done right.
Moisture control, framing, egress, insulation and finishes that turn unused square footage into real living space.
Room additions, bump-outs and second-story work, coordinated from structural drawings through final inspection.
Full gut renovations and open-plan conversions, including load-bearing wall removal and updated mechanical systems.
Roofing, siding, windows, doors and trim that protect your home and sharpen its curb appeal.
A renovation means living around a work zone for weeks. These are the rules our crew follows on every project.
Every project begins at the Plan stage. Choose how far you want to take it before construction starts.
An in-home visit to talk through your goals, check the space, and get an honest read on what your project involves.
Everything in the Site Consultation, plus measurements and a layout concept so you can see the plan before you commit.
A complete pre-construction plan: measured drawings, selections and an itemized scope ready to build from.
Final consultation price depends on project size and location. We confirm it before your visit.
Fill in what you know. Your answers build a project sheet on the right that you can copy and send to us to book your site walk.
These policies apply to consultations and renovation services booked or paid for through arttelrenovations.com. Effective October 23, 2026.
Arttel Renovations ("Arttel", "we", "us") provides residential renovation consultations, design and planning services, and construction services. By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Consultations are offered in three tiers: Site Consultation (starting at $250), Design Consultation (starting at $399) and Project Planning Package (starting at $700). "Starting at" prices depend on project size and location. We confirm the final consultation price in writing before you pay. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Renovation and construction work is governed by a separate written contract signed by you and Arttel. That contract sets out the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline and warranty, and it takes priority over these terms for that work. A consultation does not obligate you to hire us, and it does not obligate us to take on a project.
Consultation fees are due at booking. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. By paying, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown.
You agree to give us accurate information about your property, safe access to the work areas at the scheduled time, and notice of known hazards such as asbestos, mold, or structural or electrical problems.
Drawings, layouts, selections lists and estimates we prepare are for your personal use on the property they were created for. They are not final construction or engineering documents unless a licensed professional stamps them as such.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that consultation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. The version posted on the day you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state].
Questions about these terms can be sent to us using the details under Contact.
When you contact us or book a consultation, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project address and project details. When you pay, our payment processor collects your payment information; we receive only a confirmation and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
We use your information to schedule and deliver consultations, prepare estimates and plans, process payments, send project updates, and meet legal and permitting requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our payment processor, with subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, with permitting authorities when required, and when the law requires it.
We may photograph work areas for documentation. We will not publish photos of your home without your permission.
We keep project records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes, and we protect them with reasonable safeguards.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you non-project messages, by contacting us at [your email].
Consultation fees cover time on site and the preparation of deliverables, so they are not refundable once the consultation has taken place. If a deliverable we promised in your tier is missing or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it or refund the fee.
Deposits and payments for construction work are covered by the refund and cancellation terms in your signed project contract.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post them.
Contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer. Most billing questions are resolved within 2 business days.
To cancel or reschedule a consultation, contact us by phone or email using the details under Contact. Your request is on time when we receive it, not when we reply.
To cancel construction work you have contracted for, follow the cancellation terms in your project contract, including any cancellation period required by your state's home improvement laws.
We sell services, not shipped products, so there is no physical delivery.
